Reggie began running with her dad when she was 10 years old on the streets of Westport, CT. She loved distance running, and joined the Cross Country and Track teams when she entered high school. Being a lover of the outdoors, Cross Country quickly became Reggie’s favorite sport. She loved the personal challenge of racing, and the team camaraderie. She became the captain of the team when she was a senior. Reggie attended college at The Colorado College, where she continued to run recreationally as well as climb many mountains. She has taken her love of physical challenge and the outdoors and has become an avid hiker and backpacker, as well as a runner–having competed in two half-marathons. She has also lead many multiple day backpacking trips for middle and high school students. Entering her fourth year in the CDS community, Reggie is really excited to be promoting fitness, community, and time in the outdoors by coaching the middle school Cross Country team!
Molly grew up running as a part of training for sports teams. It wasn’t until senior year in high school that the Cross Country coach convinced Molly to try running as a sport in itself. Since high school Molly has run a number of 5K and 10K races, as well as four half marathons. More than the competition, Molly loves running for the camaraderie and the opportunity to challenge her body and mind. This will be Molly’s first year coaching Cross Country and she is very excited to join Reggie in promoting fitness, community, and a love of the outdoors!
